The valve features a metal-seated hinged disc for stable operation and dependable backflow prevention. Furthermore, the counterweight can be installed on either the left or right side to meet different installation requirements.
The ductile cast iron body and bonnet provide excellent strength and corrosion resistance. In addition, the stainless steel disc and shaft improve durability, while the bronze seat delivers reliable sealing performance.
An approved potable epoxy coating protects both the internal and external surfaces. As a result, the valve offers excellent corrosion resistance and extended service life.

Design Standards
Every valve is manufactured according to internationally recognized standards. Design and manufacturing comply with API 6D, BS 1868, and ASME B16.34 requirements.
Pressure-temperature ratings follow ASME B16.34, while face-to-face dimensions comply with ASME B16.10 and API 6D. In addition, every valve is tested according to API 598 and API 6D before shipment.
