PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The GMK VALVE Sanitary Quick-Fit Sampling Valve is designed for safe, efficient, and hygienic sampling of process media in pipelines and tank systems. It is widely used in applications requiring chemical analysis and sterile sample collection in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

This valve series is designed with multiple structural options to meet different process requirements, including double-block design, flange-clamp type, and jacketed insulation configuration.

1. Double Block Design

The double block sampling valve consists of two connected valves, providing safe and stable sampling operation. During use, the valve near the system is closed first, allowing medium to enter the chamber, then isolated for safe sample collection, reducing contamination risk.

2. Flange-Clamp Sampling Design

This structure uses a conical sealing system between the valve stem and seat. By lifting the stem using the handwheel, the sealing cone is separated, allowing controlled medium flow into the sampling container.

3. Jacketed Insulation Design

The jacketed version is suitable for temperature-sensitive or crystallizing media. It is important that the valve is not operated until the medium is fully melted to avoid damage or operational risk. Proper operation ensures safe and reliable sampling performance.
