Forged Steel Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve, which is similar to a quarter-turn valve, controls the flow by using a ball that is hollow, perforated, and fastened or held in place. Because the ball in a trunnion-mounted valve is unable to travel in any other direction than the bearings’ predefined axis of rotation, shaft wear and bearing pressure are both reduced to a minimum. When sufficient force is applied to the line, the upstream seat will be forced onto the ball, therefore securing the ball in its position.

DESCRIPTION

The forged Steel Trunnion Mounted Ball valve has an amazing mechanism.
