Detailed Features
Total Corrosion Protection (Full PTFE Lining):
As seen in the pure white interior of the valve, both the seat and the disc are fully encapsulated in high-density PTFE. This provides a non-stick surface and near-total chemical inertness against aggressive acids, alkalis, and solvents.

Split-Body Design for Easy Maintenance:
The valve features a heavy-duty split-body construction (bolted at the sides), which allows for easy replacement of the PTFE seat and disc, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs and downtime.

Precision Threaded Lugs:
The flange features accurately tapped lugs that simplify alignment during installation. This design allows for “dead-end” service, meaning the downstream piping can be removed while the valve remains under pressure on the upstream side.

Two-Stage Stem Sealing:
Equipped with a high-performance sealing system that prevents atmospheric leakage. The stem-to-disc connection is designed to maintain a tight seal even under high-cycle operations.

ISO 5211 Mounting Pad:
