Sylphone Steam Trap

Sylphone Steam Trap’s long service life is attributed, in part, to the presence of a temperature-sensing element as well as a high level of corrosion resistance. Even though valves may be installed at any angle, the best performance will be noticed when you hung it vertically, regardless of whether the body is composed of WCB or stainless steel. Because the thermostatic element of these steam traps is composed of stainless steel that has been welded together, its size is variable depending on the temperature. When the valve is in the open position, air and water that has condensed may get inside the valve body. When they have successfully entered, the thermostatic element will expand, therefore firmly sealing the trap.
