A fully Welded Ball Valve is a ball valve whose body has been welded together fully. The whole thing is welded shut, there is no way for water to get out of the valve body and into the surrounding area. Every weld technique is put through its paces and given a seal of approval in order to comply with ASME Section. During the process of welding the valve body, non-destructive testing is performed. We provide fully welded trunnion ball valves that include a design that allows for a side entry, in addition to that fully welded ball valves have their own distinct design.

DESCRIPTION

Fully Welded Ball Valves is a ball valve has a three-piece, forge-welded steel body, a ball mounted on a trunnion, Full throttle Anti-burst stem, Anti-Static technology, fireproof construction Metal-on-Metal and Elastic Seating. We use either alloy or polytetrafluoroethylene Substrate Coating to Perseve While Lubricating Oneself. Castings inevitably include flaws like porosity, abscess, sand holes, loosening, slag inclusions, crackles, etc., but a Fully Welded Ball Valve guarantees a consistent grain structure and durability.
